With the season two weeks away, it's time for me to make my predictions for 2012.
First, the division and wild card winners:
AL East - Tampa Bay Rays
AL Central - Detroit Tigers
AL West - LA Angels
WC1 - Texas Rangers
WC2 - Boston Red Sox
NL East - Miami Marlins

Here's how I predict the playoffs to go:

NL Wild Card round - Phillies over D-backs
NLDS - Phillies over Cards | Marlins over Giants
ALDS - Rays over Tigers | Angels over Red Sox
ALCS - Rays over Angels
NLCS - Marlins over Phillies
World Series - Rays over Marlins in 7
And finally my picks to win awards, I will focus on the big three (Rookie of the Year, Cy Young and MVP):
AL MVP - Josh Hamilton
AL Cy Young - James Shields
AL Rookie of the Year - Matt Moore
NL MVP - Jason Heyward
NL Cy Young - Adam Wainwright
NL Rookie of the Year - Yonder Alonso
This are my picks. What's yours? leave them in the comment section.
